Movie Review – Love Karoon Ya Shaadi: Intentions are good but the impact is incomplete, some light moments and relevant issue make it worth watching once

Director Jaiprakash Shaw’s film ‘Love Karun Ya Shaadi’ is the story of today’s youth, who are confused between their social values and personal desires. This film will be released tomorrow i.e. on 30th May. The film stars actors like Marina Singh, Akarsh Alagh, Misha Kapoor, Govind Namdev, Milind Gunaji, Ali Asgar in lead roles. Dainik Bhaskar has given this film a rating of 3 stars out of 5. How is the story of the film? In the story of the film, an attempt has been made to show the conflict between tradition and choice of today’s youth. How today’s generation is confused between social values and personal desires. This film emphasizes on this. The story of the film is about a mother, who wants to get her son married, but a girlfriend who is emotionally entangled, and a friend who scares in the name of marriage. The entire story of the film revolves around this. How is the acting of the star cast? Misha Kapoor’s character makes you laugh in some scenes, which stabilizes the rhythm of the film a bit. The rest of the actors of the film Akarsh Alagh and Marina Singh have tried to do justice to their characters, but are unable to connect emotionally with their characters. Govind Namdev, Milind Gunaji and Ali Asgar definitely impress with their performance. How is the direction of the film? The film talks about an issue that is related to today’s youth. It shows love versus family pressure. The director of the film has chosen such a subject that can touch the audience. But the story comes to a point when it seems that there is something new in it. The story of the film moves on a track that seems to be already seen and heard. There is also a lack of speed in direction, many scenes seem stretched. How is the music of the film? There is no song in the film that remains on the lips when you leave the cinema hall. The background score of the film is also ordinary. Final verdict of the film, should you watch it or not? This is a film made with good intentions, but falters in reaching its objective completely. Neither the story surprises, nor the characters bind. Some light moments and a relevant issue make it worth a watch. Expecting more than this would be unfair to oneself.
